From ScottM: German Early-War Infantry (100 pts)

My submission for this week is a collection of World War 2 German early-war infantry. The figures are all plastic and are from Warlord Games. First is a couple pics of the whole lot.

And some close ups. Probably my favourite figures of the lot.

ByronM: A great looking force here Scott.  I like that you added a lot of the little extra bits that come with those figures it makes them look like they are loaded and ready for battle.  The colours and painting are excellent as well.  It may be a small thing, but I really like the bases and the mixing in of extra little rocks and stuff, it is something that makes them look more realistic and something I constantly forget to do.

  1. Very nice work Scott. I've like the early-war German uniform and these look ready for a sightseeing tour in Poland or France.

  3. I used the Army Painter grass tufts, as I think they really make the base pop.

  4. Nice work Scott. The basing is very effective - I use a mix of the AP tufts too.

  8. Nice work, Scott!
I'm so used to seeing the camo lads up, it's easy to forget the traditional grey. They do look loaded for bear too! nice work on the build and the clean brushwork!
