DeleteA magnificent Challenge my fellow Minion. It would have been even more magnificent if you'd actually cleaned up the Minioning Room before handing it over to me for the Tuesday crew :)
ReplyDeleteyeah yeah year, whatever
DeleteThanks Tamsin
Fabulous production this year. BTW, I wonder how your miniatures see you...
ReplyDeleteProbably as the eye of Sauron...
DeleteGreat work Peter. The Sylvaino and Campbellino command stands were hilarious and I really liked your pike block as well. It was a heap of fun trying to keep pace with you during our Renaissance Men duel - we'll have to do it again.
ReplyDeleteBTW, what in earth are you wearing in that last photo? You look like a transgender Ukrainian baba wearing the drapes from a window. It's rather fetching actually... ;)
Thanks Curt
DeleteWe'll have to get the upgraded collections on table. As for the duel, name your victory prize.
And yes that was probably the look that I was going for. Katie is of course in a vintage 80s bridesmaid dress.
Excellent work, it was important and interesting to see how you do miniatures, I just think to paint.
ReplyDeleteThanks Alex.
DeleteGreat work mate.. and great photos at the end there! Until the next one!
ReplyDeleteThanks Kyle
DeleteNice work on the challenge Peter.
ReplyDeleteChristopher
Cheers Christopher
DeleteWell done Peter! It was highly entertaining to read your ramblings monday evening after a bad day at work.
ReplyDeleteRamblings are a speciality of mine. Glad that you enjoyed them.
DeleteVery nice collection of forces, Peter! I have been inspired to bump my plastic Empire troops for the next go because of Curt and your Italian duel. They'll suffice till I get proper forces prepped. I most enjoyed your flats from the Nostalgia round. I fully intend upon keeping the pressure on my wife till she allows me to order from Prince August! ;)
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to seeing the Empire return. as for the flats, forgiveness is often easier to obtain than permission...
DeleteGreat work Peter, an excellent collection of goodies!
ReplyDeleteThanks Ray.
DeleteA varied collection indeed - truly, a Renaissance man!
ReplyDeleteWell done, Peter!
Thanks Evan. Master of no trades, that's me
DeleteAll of your stuff is wonderfully painted and certain to crush Mr Curt on the tabletop.
ReplyDeleteScary fashion choices though - is your lovely daughter still horrified of you in public?
I met her at the airport in a truly hideous Christmas, sweater. She was disappointed that I hadn't got the whole family machine knew!
DeleteI am liking forward to meeting Cambino on the field of Mars.
Well done Peter - and long live Charles the Bold!
ReplyDeleteThanks Greg, he lives on in the form f many gamers!
DeleteA grand challenge then.. Totals met, with some great entries .
ReplyDeleteThanks Dave. I was glad to have finally hit my target.
DeleteAwesome stuff Peter. Some future shopping inspiration for me in what you presented. cheers
ReplyDeleteI look forward to seeing what appears under the beer and bacon banner next challenge.
DeleteGreat work Peter, cracking challenge!
ReplyDeleteThanks Fran!
