And now for my last post in Challenge X.
Its been a pleasure fellow challengers, I'd like to thank you all for the entertainment over the last few months. Its been a blast!!
Last weekend the Rejects visited what may be our last show of the year (God I hope not!)
Skirmish in Sidcup.
There both me, Postie and Lee, spent loads of dosh at the Debris of War stand.
DoW make some terrific terrain pieces as well as all kinds of grass tufts.
So check them out if you haven't before. Just look at the graveyard here.
Its a thing of beauty!!
The Sainte Domingue Chasseurs from my last post make a guest appearance (and no Tamsin, don't count them as points again in this post, we all know what you're like?)
And life wouldn't be complete with 1 sandbag.....
and another 3 sandbags....so that's 4, yes 4 sandbags!!!!!
Absolutely no idea for points but I'd guess at .........??
OMFG! His final post is field fortifications. Including four, yes, four sandbags!
Clearly (given the absence of a poijns claim) Ray's arithmetician has skedaddled!
He's clearly been listening in - we finally gave actual sandbags! As he hasn't claimed a score, I think I''ll treat each section as a 28mm foot figure. Hmmm, one of them looks like a double...
OK, 20 points it is, you accursed badger-botherer!
TamsinP
(should I really be minioning after 4 very large measures of Bunnahabahan?)
That’s a great pile of terrain Ray you sandbagged you!
ReplyDeleteNice work Ray. You can never have too many barricades to man.
ReplyDeleteSandbagged! Your contributions this Challenge are worthy of a badge(r) of honour!
ReplyDeleteVery useful scenery!
ReplyDeleteTo the barricade with you! Those barrels are filled with Tamsin's Bunnahabahan. If hostile fire damages them, she'll be right cross with you!
ReplyDeleteShould Tamsin really be minioning after 4 very large measures of Bunnahabahan? Of course.
I am not going to make any precictable puns this time, you really nailed these barricades. Well done!
ReplyDeleteSplendid looking barricades!
ReplyDeleteBest Iain
Those look very effective Ray!
