During these two weeks I have not painted as much as he wanted. A lot of work = (
I picked up a lot of infantry and Cuirassiers simultaneously. But, it was very difficult for me ...
But I had a bit!
Meet the base, angry Austrian moustached men - grenadiers !!!
They were the most powerful elite all Austrian infantry! Personally, I really like their triangular bearish caps (chair)!
And this is how they look with ordinary infantrymen (base painted in the last time - does not count)
This is all I have today! 6 figures = 30 points
Next time, I hope - will have more;)
MilesR: There may be just 6 figures, but they are superbly painted so very well done.

Very nice work on these Austrians! The white came out nicely.
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteI have extensive experience in the use of white paint;)
Very nice troops Peter :)
ReplyDeleteThanks!)
DeleteVERY nicely done - I think that a standing Napoleonic/Lace Wars 'bonus' for the detailing would more accurately reflect the time taken. Maybe count them as a 40mm figure for 7 points each? Just a thought
ReplyDeleteYeah .. got to be something in that
DeleteI think the issue with that is the rabbit hole you could go down with regards "quality" points. More points for washes and highlights instead of dry brushing? NMM? what if the lace/detail isn't very well picked out? The genius of the challenge is the simplicity and the fact the quality is left to each participants own standards and style. Keep it simple says I :)
DeleteAlways love 5hose white uniforms
ReplyDeleteOh yes, i too!)))
DeleteGreat looking Austrians

DeleteExcellent .. your audience needs more!
ReplyDeleteI want next time to show you more, much more! ;)
