Here comes a complete 180 from my last post of dwarfs, the start of my newest army for Warhammer Fantasy: Goblins! I started the army with a theme in mind of Goblins and Spiders after seeing an Age of Sigmar table at Cancon 2019 with a very similar concept. The army is being made up of forest dwelling goblins that live in and around the giant breeding caves of the monstrous Arachnarock spiders who these goblins have begun to worship alongside Gork and Mork. Whilst these may be only typical Night goblins, in my head these goblins live inside the Spider breeding caves, as opposed to outside and around the caves, and are the ones providing offerings to their 8 legged god.
Had a lot of fun making a mock phalanx formation with the spears. |

ReplyDeleteGreat looking phalanx. I agree that the blue is very effective.
ReplyDeleteAs someone who is simultaneously painting 40k orks and AoS sky dorfs, I approve this two pronged approach to gaming armies.
