Iro Konstantopoulou was a member of the Greek resistance, executed in 1944 at the age of 17. Simone Segouin was a teenage French resistance fighter, famously photographed in the fetching shorts with SMG outfit by Robert Capra during an operation where her cell captured 25 Germans. She live d to be 97. IIRC, Curt has painted a Simone figure in the past. Zoya Kosmodemyanskaya joined a partisan unit during the early days of Barbarossa. She was captured, tortured and executed and became a hero of the Soviet Union.
And lastly this pair of young women dancing, one in her ATS uniform. These are two separate figures and lining the feet while holding hands was tricky, especially as I had to do it twice after dropping the tray of figures. They were fun to paint.
I make that 11 28mm figures for 55 points. I should have one more post of ships before Curt calls time.

Well done Peter - It has been great to see all of these historic female figures and learn a little bit about their stories - and about the level of heart and courage it took to stand up to the Nazis. Simone Segouin has an iconic look to be sure, but my favourite of the lot has to Elzbieta, who parachuted in to face the Nazis and then the appalling Communists. That is a LOT of evil.
55 more points for you sir!
