Thus came the third Friday of the challenge, so here I am reporting in as your Friday Minion for the first time. I'm PhilH, a Challenger from the UK since the rather quieter days of the Second Challenge. I will be ably assisted by Sylvain.
Not being one of the big hitters of the Challenge, able to knock out a few hundred points before breakfast, I'm without an entry to my name so far. I really could do with some quality brush-time this weekend.
It looks like it might be a quiet day today, but we do have some great entries to come including great legions of 15mm Ancients from GrahamH, a little bit of Pulpy goodness by Sander and a tricky Elf from AndrewB. All to come once I'm back from work.
The rest of you unruly lot: I don't want the Friday crew to be seen as slackers - get those entries in!
Welcome to the Painting Challenge. Here you will find the fabulous, fevered work of miniature painters from around the world. While participants come from every ethnicity, gender, age and nationality, they have three things in common: they love miniatures, they enjoy a supportive community, and they want to set themselves against the Challenge. This site features the current year's event along with the archives of past Painting Challenges. Enjoy your visit and remember to come back soon.
Best of luck with being a minion Phil :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Miss P!
DeletePhil: your first task, to tell Curt to update the points table. Hate to be number 99 in the list when my 80 points put me in 27th position as it stands now ;-)
ReplyDeleteUpdate Done and Minion Flogged. I feel better already...
DeleteIt wasn't me! Flog him *points*
DeleteHave a great day guys ....

ReplyDeleteOh and as good team player I have an entry waiting ☺
DeleteAnd a very fine one it is too - you're up
DeleteThe helm is yours Phil, have a great one! I suspect that with Bonus round entries due tomorrow, your Friday crew may be otherwise occupied this week, There could be a flood next week.
ReplyDeletePhew - to the brushes for me then
DeleteGood Luck, Phil - keep 'em on a short leash.
ReplyDeleteToo right. I think I've done the correct incantations and rituals of accountancy too,
DeleteMay the force be with the Friday team
ReplyDelete(and watch for enemy fighters)
Its a trap!
DeleteI'm working on it!!!
ReplyDeleteBravo, keep up the good work
DeleteI have an entry all ready to go :-)
ReplyDeleteThanks for stepping up, I'm off out tonight playing with my little toys (6mm Naps with over 100 units on the table)
