KenR - 28mm Prussian Napoleonic Fusiliers (180 points)

Just to keep Curt busy, I've snuk another entry in during the free fire phase, the varnish is probably still not fully dry yet ! I've been working on a 28mm Plancenoit Project for a demo game (probably a couple of years away). All my existing Napoleonics are 15mm so I'm effectively starting from scratch.

This unit represents the Fusilier Battalion of the 10th Regiment of the Line (1st Silesian) and finishes off the Regiment with two other Musketeer Battalions. The unit has 32 x 28mm figures and are a mix of Perry Miniatures plastic and metal ranges. They are based 8 figures on a 60 x 60 base.

I started this unit with a single test figure prior to the Challenge beginning so I'll claim the First Circle of the Abyss for 20 points plus 31 figures at 5 points each for a grand total of 175.

I will be alternating between French and Prussian units during the Challenge and next up with be some French Foot Artillery.

Hope everyone has a great New Year and I'll see you in 2025 as part of team Thursday.

An fine battalion of Prussians to put the boots to Old Boney and holiday in Paris. Great work Ken!

(BTW, we count the figure plus the theme bonus so I've topped you up to 180 for this lot. It's all a part of the service here at Analogue Hobbies. :) )

  3. Nice fusiliers. The Prussian army of this period is one of the dullest, but you’ve put a lot of character into these. Will we see Marshall Vortwards?

  5. Very nice - love the dynamic look you've achieved even through the uniforms are relatively dull for that period
