From BrianC: Undead, Zombicide Black Plague, Next Level Miniatures, Beyond The Gates of Antares and more (135pts)

Ok. Here we go again. Not too much. Work and life stuff going on. BUT, I'm hoping for a big point dump soon. Let's get to it!

We begin with some nasty ghouls/zombies from Mantic Kings of War Undead Army:

There will be more of these uglies in the future...

We have some Sci-Fi 3D printed Alien "city folk"

I'm not too sure if this mini is from Mortal Gods game or an Old Glory Miniature. Looks like a Roman Slave boss or gladiator trainer?

Some Zombicide Black Plague miniatures. First we have Falstaff, inspired by Bram Stoker's Dracula movie...

Next is, Lady Faye, inspired by Kristen Stewart(Bella of Twilight movie)?

Hey! It's Redcap Rodney from Zombicide Black Plague, too!

I have a couple North Star Miniatures from Frostgrave Wizards II

A couple "kitbash" North Star Miniatures from Oathmark Human Light Infantry set. I used some of the wizard arms to convert them into wizards for my Four Against Darkness Solo RPG.

I have some Next Level Miniatures, cleric, warrior and a thug.

Lastly, some drones from Beyond The Gates of Antares. Concord drones

Ok. That's it for this turn-in. To the points!

28mm x 27 = 135pts.

A great variety pack here Brian.  Lots to love, but I like those kit bashed wizards the best.  Those conversions worked very nicely.  I want to make sure I've counted everything correctly, so here's my head count.

  • 8 ghouls
  • 3 Aliens
  • 1 Roman slave boss
  • 3 Zombicide figures
  • 2 Frostgrav wizards
  • 2 Kit-bashed wizards
  • 3 Next level figures
  • 5 drones which I will counts as 28mm figures because I don't know else else to count hem as.
  • Total 27 minis

Tuesday Night Open Mike

This week the open mike night will feature the following acts:

  • BrianC starts us off with funeral dirges
  • JohnB follows with a Medieval Madrigal
  • MartinC will get his hair dreadlocked to sing some Reggae
  • Dallas will then wake us all up with some chaotic heavy metal
  • Sylvain the Half-Orc then completes his German song cycle.
This week I promised some music that was at least from this century.  Here's a clip of Canadian singer-songwriter Kathleen Edwards playing live outdoors on what apparently is a bad hair day.  I love the guitar work on this.  Kathleen starts it off with some big acoustic rhythm work and then her bandmate kicks in some searing riffs on that lovely looking red hollow-body (looks to be a Gretsch).  I've no idea what going on with her and her bandmates' arms.
