Hi Please see larest batch of figures. I have painted these using vallejo, foundry and warpaints, before varnishing. They are for our Arnhem game hopefully finally going to he played later this year. Canni claim 4 x 48 points so 192 in total please.

Next : 32 Perry plastic British. They are my first efforts with plastic , but I will be sticking with metal.

From DaveD . That’s a decent force of Paras you have there indeed .good job. Always nice to see a thin red line ready for action too. Yup what you save in money with plastics you pay for in time and hassle !

PhillM - 20mm building by Raventhorpe (10 pts)

20mm Raventhorpe building

This was painted with emulsion paints and then finished with Vallejo colours.

I always struggle with buildings- an unexplained painters blocky that they are difficult to paint and mainly I think this is besides of the windows .

I can never decide between the light blue shading or leaving them black with grey shading.

Once finished they have been gloss and Matt varnish.

Points I will leave with Byron .

Hello Phil,

This is a great looking little building and you have painted it very well. I am having to guess about the size a bit as you did not put in any measurements or pictures with any figures to go from.  I am guessing about 4"x3"x3" but if I am way off, please correct me.  I am solidly with you on the painters block for windows, I struggle with the same thought on all of my windows as well, but generally go with a dark blue faded to light blue centre, like you did as I think it looks the most natural.

There is a lot to paint on this building with all the textures and the exposed timber framing so even though it is 20mm scale I am going to guess at least the 4-6 hour range to paint and award 10 points.

From PhilM 20mm Britsh Para Jeeps by Raventhorpe and Britannia Sherman. 165 points

Evening Please find photos of the jeeps and Sherman. They have been airbrushed dry brushed filter wash crew painted and decals added.
i think i can claim 161 points. 7 x 15 plus 4 x 14
cheers Phil

from PhilM 28mm French Young Guard Trillieaurs 60 points Napoleonic Front Rank

Hi This ia my first post for the challenge and i usually paint in batches but wanted to make the cut off! (Ed by DaveD , good lad).

I use mainly warpaints, Vallejo and foundry. I have a youtube channel which is called Wargaming in a cave and have recently completed a couple of videos if you are interested into how i have painted them.
11 x 5
The rest of the bn should be long aoon.
cheers Phil

From DaveD. Well across that start line Phil. The challenge started originally focused on Naps , so it seems appropriate that you start yours with them . That looks like a grand  start for a unit of Youngsters and I look forward to seeing the rest in due course .The FR figures are always a joy to paint I think . 55 Pts to get your points total ticking plus a 5 pt let’s start with cracking Naps bonus . Huzzah !
Cheers D
