"Good morning Ladies, Gentlemen...and Ray! Well, I must say that traditions have been defied this past week. Usually after The Great Cull end of the first month we experience a significant dip in activity, but it seems that everybody has continued with their enthusiastic explorations of Challenge XII Quadrant."

"Over the last seven days, our guests at Snowlord's Peak Resort Station have knocked out a whopping 7,801 parsecs of journeys taking our total so far to 38,091 parsecs towards our pledged target of 83,714 parsecs over three months. It looks as though I might not need to find my missing whips, after all."

"So far we have three confirmed exploration reports lined up for your perusal:

• ArthurS is singing the blues
• Lady Sarah is considering the Lilly
• MartinC is going to "Cooke" us all a sliver of skink

In the list of potential reports:

• SteveM may finally be looking over Jordan to see chariots of fire, assuming he hasn't been distracted by German Stoss and a storm of Soviets
• ChrisW might be feeling alienated by his visit to LV426 (the prospect of a stay in our new LV426 Quarantine Chamber may be the cause)

and I am sure that other reports will become available throughout the day."

"Announcements from the Station Master:

1. We are pleased to report that PeterD, one of our Stewards, is recovering well from his bout of Klendathu Flu (or "Klenda'flu" as some wag called it).

2. Guests are reminded that forgery is deemed a serious infringement of local laws on Cybertron.
