From Ians, 10mm Riders of Rohan (320 pts)

Hi For my third post of the challenge its te first contingent of my Rohan army. All the figures are from the ROK company initially i brought a cavalry and infantry unit, loved the figures and when i went back to order more they had gone from the website. On contacting them it turned out that they had decided to sell the stl files instead so one horse lords army bundle brought. Coming from Kent where the symbol is a white horse on a red background this army was always going to be my favourite. It is a shame that the films give the releive of helms deep to Eomer when it should have Erkenbrand marshal of the Westfold who has a red shield with a white horse. First up is three units of infantry one of which has red shields for the Westfold. Men of the west fold

The cavalry arm of this arm will be represented by three type of cavalry of which two are in this post. Outriders - all archers. Two units of these

Points Infantry - 108 figures 1 pt each - 108pts. Archers - 48 figures 1 pt each - 48pts. Outriders - 18 figures 3 pts each - 54pts Heavy Cavalry - 36 figures 3 pts each - 108pts. Total points - 318

From DaveD . Ian that’s another great pile of painting goodness . The mass effect on the last shot is really starting to show the benefit of the scale alright - let’s call it 320. I look forward to seeing yet more!
