Sunday Minions morning coffee.

Sunday is with us once more . It’s that magic time of the week again as we get the see the work of the Sunday crew in all its glory . Having been slaving away the casting furnaces at Pendraken for a few  days this week along with MartinC (I should get some sort of carers allowance) I get to kickback with a leisurely coffee and come to terms with the day and prepare to deal with the spreadsheet’o’doom.

We got rid of last weeks snow , to be replaced with some fresh stuff though this is the more traditional damp snow that causes the usual chaos in the UK . But it does make for nice views near me.

The North Yorkshire Matterhorn near me - “Roseberry Topping” taken this week.

Picture from this morning at the Car Park by Roseberry Topping . The Ice Cream van out being enterprising. Only in Yorkshire . Pic credit “Wilco”

However poor weather  it’s a good excuse - well do we need one - to get those brushes working .

We have a fitting winter entry from Big Lee.,

An Emergency response from Tim

Mike gives us Zombicude , Skaven and other stuff

Matt s guys are looking for a trench

Paul’s Barons are still at war .

And I am sure there will be more in the wings

A reminder that minion Byron will be applying his attention to the terrain entries through the day too .

Have a good one. I am off to make some of my home made Minstrone soup and some onion bread rolls for lunch after that it will be a day of painting more Bolsheviks for a game next Friday , as we Set The East Ablaze once more .

Cheers D

  2. Thanks Dave. Unfortunately my entry this week was tagged under the Empire challenge so nothing for you to publish again. I have started the next batch of troops so you should have something for next week :) Enjoy your painting and Thanks for all the minionism.

  3. Roseberry Topping, there is a name I haven't heard in a while. Doesn't look like it has changed much since I was last there though. Hopefully you get some better weather this week.
