PaulS: Into the Ork's Lair (45 points)

As we creep further through the dungeon's winding corridors and chambers we enter a cavernous room full of mushrooms, mud huts and stalagmites. The walls are covered with ork glyphs and piles of bones from their feasting, but thankfully the beasts are not currently here. Grunts and squealing comes from the far side of the room near the exit, so unfortunately we need to go past the noise to get out...

Giant red balls of muscles come bounding across the room towards you, giant teeth glinting in the torchlight...

For my very slow burn Warhammer Quest project I needed some wild squigs to fill out one of the entries for the ork and goblin dungeon schemes. They can also be used as normal squigs in my small gobbo army too. I wanted them to be more furious than the usual squigs, so I used the mounts from the squig rider box and filled in some of the holes left when you don't add the riders.

This adds another 5 figures to the GW side challenge total

  2. These are great, very dynamic, and they are clearly squigs. I like the rich red you’ve used.

  4. Very well done Paul! Might be weird but I especially like the yellow teeth of those beasts.

  5. What's not to love about Squiggies, well unless you're on the receiving end of course. Excellent job Paul!
